Poetry or Prose
#561
A generation older
Wishing she was bolder
But she's old school
She plays by an old rule
It says the man leads
As her old heart bleeds
Silly rhymes of desire
Hoping to light a fire
That he can't put out
That removes all doubt
And warms his heart
To making a new start
To see whether it goes
To poetry or prose
